Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, the photo you upload, and the generated 3D assets. That is all — there is no account system. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Why we collect it

Email is used to deliver your download link. The photo is sent to our 3D generation provider to produce the model.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and generated files: up to 12 months after delivery, so you can re-download your files. After that they are deleted.
• Orders and email records: kept for accounting and dispute resolution, as long as required by tax and consumer law.
• Content-policy violations: where the law requires it (for example U.S. reporting obligations), records related to reported illegal content are preserved for 1 year and are excluded from routine cleanup.

You can request earlier deletion of your photo and files at any time (see below). Background removal, when you use it, runs entirely in your browser — that copy of your photo never leaves your device.

Third parties

We share data only with these processors:

• Tripo (Tripo AI) — receives your uploaded photo to generate the 3D model;
• Vercel — hosting, file storage (Blob), and edge network;
• Neon — hosted PostgreSQL database;
• Creem — payment processing, acting as merchant of record;
• Resend — transactional email delivery;
• Cloudflare — DNS, email routing, and network services.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not perform facial recognition, age estimation, or any other biometric analysis on uploaded photos.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Wherever you live, you can exercise the following rights by emailing us: access (get a copy of the data we hold about you), deletion (erase your photo, files, and order records, except where the law requires retention), and export (receive your data in a portable format). Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Send requests to support@kitovia.com from the email address you ordered with (include your order number if you have it). We respond within 30 days; deletion of stored files is processed within 30 days as well.
