Refund Policy

If generation fails
Full refund, automatically. If the model cannot be generated, you should never have to ask — the system retries once, then refunds.
If you are unhappy with the result
AI results are random: the same photo can yield different models. If your first model is distorted or unusable, email us and we will regenerate it once for free (a new attempt with a different random seed, at no cost to you). A free regeneration is usually a better fix than a refund — but if the second attempt is also unusable, we will refund you in full.
If we cancel your order
Orders cancelled because the uploaded photo violates our content rules are refunded in full, promptly and without conditions. If you believe the cancellation was a mistake, reply to the cancellation email and a human will review it within 48 hours.
Digital goods
Once files have been downloaded, the sale is generally final. This is standard for digital products and helps keep prices low. The exceptions above always apply: failed generations are refunded automatically, and unusable results are regenerated or refunded after review.
