What you are buying

A digital 3D model and/or rendered images of your pet, delivered as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped. Files are delivered through time-limited, signed download links tied to your order.

License

You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for personal use of the files you purchase. You may print copies for yourself, for your household, or as personal gifts. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the model files themselves (GLB / STL / OBJ / USDZ / FBX) or the rendered images, whether as-is or as part of another product or service. If you need a commercial license, contact us first.

What you may upload

You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Do not upload images of people without their consent.

Prohibited content

You may not upload photos that contain any of the following:

• Sexualized imagery of minors, or any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• Terrorist or violent extremist content, or symbols of hate groups;
• Graphic violence, gore, or animal abuse;
• Nudity or sexual content;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or content that invades another person's privacy;
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.

We review uploads and orders. If we find prohibited content, we will cancel the order, remove the associated files, and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order, at any time, for any violation of these terms — this right is required by our payment and infrastructure providers, and exercising it is not grounds for a dispute. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities (such as NCMEC's CyberTipline in the United States).

AI-generated output

Models are generated by AI from a single photo, and results vary. We do not guarantee that the model will be an exact likeness of your pet. Based on our own testing, roughly one in ten models is ready to print without cleanup; most benefit from minor mesh or texture touch-ups in a 3D tool. If your first result is unusable, you can request one free regeneration (see the refund policy).

Liability

The service and the files are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including printing costs or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
